Happy Birthday Enoch!

Enoch had turned a whopping in 35 on the 21st. He had a good birthday. We have family come over two days before his birthday and celebrate it then. I made him a golf cake. It looked awesome. Then we celebrated his birthday on his birthday with just us. I made an amazing strawberry shortcake. The top layer kept sliding off the bottom layer. Oops, too much whip cream. It wasn't the prettiest cake but it sure was the best.
Happy Birthday Enoch! We love you.

Enoch and his birthday cake

It's tee time. And yes we did put 35 candles on his cake

The kids were really into watching us put all of the candles into the cake. They sang
"Happy Birthday" really loud too as you can see.

I think that Kaelen enjoyed opening presents the most. He loved playing in the wrapping paper. Notice how he sticks his tongue out to the side. Enoch and Jacob both do it. Actually my brother does it too. It really does run in the family.

"It's a Fashion Show"

Rachel was in a fashion show at the Paul Mitchell Hair Academy a week ago. She had her hair done by Annelise and Annelise's friend Kelsie. She was so cute. Here are a few pictures and her video of her walking on the cat walk.

Kaelen at 6 months Old

Kaelen was so happy sitting on his change table the other day. He is now 6 months old.

Kaelen was so excited when Rachel accidentally spilled his food on his high chair tray. He loved playing in it. I can only imagine how he'll be when he gets to destroy his cake on his first birthday.

Funny Jacob

Jacob that other day wanted his hair in a Mohawk for school. Here is what is looked like.

Jacob fell asleep on the stairs the other day while drawing. He hasn't done that in a long time.

Kaelen's First Orange

Kaelen ate his first orange the other day. He really enjoyed it.

This next video Enoch squeezes the orange to let a lot of juice come out. Kaelen's reaction is hilarious.

Picking Apples

A few weeks ago Rachael and or kids went and picked apples at an apple Orchard close by to our house. It was so beautiful. When we canned apple sauce it came out pink and so sweet because of the apples.

The apple orchard

I told Jacob not to get too close to the water. He fell in. Good thing I brought a change of clothes.

The kids in the tree. Rachael ( Rachel's best friend) came too

Kaelen Sitting Up

Kaelen has now started sitting up. It is so fun. He started doing it when he was 4 months old but in the last couple of weeks he really has gotten the hang of it and really started sitting up on his own. He won't be 6 months till October. He loves to sit and play with his toys.

.

Who said Laundry wasn't fun!

Boyd's Birthday

Boyd and Annelise have been coming over all the time since they have moved near us. We see them once a week and sometimes more than that. Here are some pictures from them visiting. Also Boyd recently had a birthday. We had Annelise and Boyd over for that. We played games, had dinner and then had presents and cake. It was a 'Boise State' theme. GO BRONCO'S! All his presents and cake were all Boise state. The Cake topping was made from chocolate. Yes I made it. We had a great time together that night.

It's a 'Who' Cake

Rachel and Rachael frosted and decorated a cake a week ago. They had three little round cakes and I made frosting and told them to go at it. This is what they came up with. They made the cake for Rachael's birthday. They put 9 candles on each layer, 27 total. I loved how awesome it looked so I had to make it even cooler by putting a sparkler on it. I think that the cakes looks like something from Dr. Suess. So we called it the "Who"cake.
